ON VIEW THRU DECEMBER 14, 2023: French artist Laure Prouvost’s solo exhibition is a hypnotic and site-specific environment in the Moody Center for the Arts at Rice University, featuring several large-scale, multimedia installations, assemblages with found objects, glass sculptures, tapestries, and videos. Through a disorientating, whimsical mode of display that highlights themes of eco-feminism and environmentalism, the artist sends visitors on a transformative journey.
