The University Museum of Texas Southern is free and open to the public Tuesdays – Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. ​ For groups greater than five, please make an appointment via email at bonita.cutliff@tsu.edu.

​The museum is located on the campus of Texas Southern University, in the South Wing of the Fairchild Building, the oldest building on site. The physical address is 3100 Cleburne Ave., Houston 77004.

Parking is available in the Visitor Parking Lot (3305 Cleburne St., Houston 77004) or in the East Parking Garage (3701 Tierwester St., Houston 77004). All museum visitors receive free validated parking upon request.
