One thing’s for sure: the Arts District is in flux. From construction to renovation, from downsizing to upgrading, locations — commercial and residential — are in motion.
Sometime soon, Guerilla Atelier is relocating to an even bigger location at 912 E. 3rd St., just down the road from where founder and creative director Carl Louisville first launched what he thought would be a short-term pop-up shop. Now, three years later, he is actually moving — and expanding into his flagship store — in the spot he always wanted, and now it’s his! The new 5,000-sq-ft location became available after longtime Arts District business MATTEO relocated its luxury linen factory and design showroom to the corner of Mission Rd. and Cesar Chavez Blvd.
To prep for the move and to make it easier, Louisville is hosting his FIRST sale at Guerilla Atelier! This is a rare chance to snag savings on big-name luxury designers and artists whose works are not slated for the move.
Starting Friday, April 29, Guerilla Atelieris knocking 50% off anything not going to the new location — clothing, furniture, fixtures, and more.
