CHECK OUT THE LIST OF AMAZING VENDORS! The Arts District Farmers Market returns to the neighborhood after 10 years with a soft opening on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Traction Triangle, located at the corner of 3rd and Traction Ave. in Downtown Los Angeles. Featuring organic and farm-fresh produce, baked goods, handcrafted edibles, and more, the market will take place weekly on Thursday nights, 4-8 p.m. Keep posted for the announcement of the official Grand Opening expected in mid-May.
A small-business incubator for local farms, nurseries, bakeries, meat and seafood providers, cheesemakers and specialty food producers, the market carefully screens every vendor with a commitment to creating a diverse marketplace with the highest quality locally produced products available. Proceeds from sales (10%) supports the work of the neighborhood’s nonprofit community betterment organization, LARABA (Los Angeles River Artists and Business Association).
